Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: º All schedules made through our website are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total fare paid online. º If you cancel your trip after making a 12 hours reservation, this 50% cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No-shows Policy: º All schedules made through our website are subject to a 50% No-shows fee of the total fare paid online. º If guest no-shows At the time agreed on our website, our chauffeur has the option to wait only 15 minutes more than the agreed time, otherwise if the extra 15 minutes pass, a 50% fee will be charged. Rescheduling Policy: º Customers may reschedule their trip up to a maximum of 12 hours before their originally scheduled reservation. Late Booking Policy: º The latest a customer can book a trip is 12 hours before the requested service time.
